Filler Grade Barytes Suppliers

Many applications for fillers require simple high density filler. Sound deadening for example is primarily dependant upon the density of the composite. Barytes is an ideal filler for this application. It has the highest specific gravity of any non-metallic mineral.

For general purpose sound deadening in rubber, polyurethane or polypropylene compounds, colour is not a critical factor. In this case, the Barytes of first choice would be either Barytes B2000 or Barytes B5000. The difference is that the Barytes B2000 is finer in particle size than the Barytes B5000.

It is always recommended that the user satisfies themselves of the suitability of the intended grade for their own use.
