RBH Group – Strategic Leadership Changes & Organisational Enhancements

Brendan Pope, our Managing Director, will transition from his current role to become Managing Director of Ransom Naturals, a sister company within the O’Brien Group. After five years based in Manchester, this move enables Brendan to be closer to his home in the South of England and enjoy an improved work-life balance, while continuing to contribute to the success of the wider O’Brien Group.

We thank Brendan for his outstanding leadership and invaluable contributions over the past five years, during which RBH has achieved significant growth and transformation. We wish him every success in his new role.

Ralf Schueler, currently Commercial Director, has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Ralf joined RBH in 2024, bringing extensive industry experience from senior leadership positions at Akzo Nobel and Sika. In his new role, he will report directly to the board and lead RBH’s commercial strategy and operational execution across all markets.

We are also delighted to welcome Phil Didlick to the RBH management team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a newly created position. Phil has served as a board member of our parent company, the O’Brien Group, for over 15 years and brings a wealth of financial and strategic expertise to guide RBH through its next phase of growth.

Brendan’s transition has created a valuable opportunity to broaden and strengthen our leadership team. These appointments bring additional knowledge, experience, and capability to better serve our principals and customers while driving the next phase of business development.
