The acquisition further strengthens the RBH Group’s specialist polymer capabilities across Europe and supports its strategy of building technically focused businesses serving high value formulation markets. Expanding specialist polymer expertise across Europe Operating as a direct complement to RBH’s existing speciality materials portfolio, Dunwood Specialities Limited will focus on the distribution of water based polymer dispersions and high performance materials. These solutions will support customers operating across the adhesives and sealants, construction, coatings, and agricultural sectors. The creation of DSL enhances RBH’s ability to serve complex formulation challenges by strengthening technical links to these key industries while providing customers with broader access to specialist materials and formulation support across Europe. Strategic investment and continuity RBH has a long-established track record of strategic growth and investment across Europe, with a clear focus on people, principals, and technical capability. The addition of Dunwood Polymers to the RBH Group represents an important investment in expanding the Group’s polymer offering and strengthening its ability to support customers with high quality, performance driven solutions. As part of the acquisition, key members of the Dunwood management team, including Peter Stanton and Stacey Turner, will remain with the business. Their continued involvement ensures continuity of expertise, customer relationships, and market focus. Leadership perspectives Peter Stanton, Owner of Dunwood Polymers, commented: “We are very excited by RBH’s acquisition and the opportunities it creates to better support our customers. Becoming part of a wider European group with a shared entrepreneurial mindset allows us to offer an expanded portfolio of materials and more efficient supply chains. This will help us maintain a strong service focus while broadening our innovation horizons.” Martin Cicognani, Managing Director of RBH, added: “This investment significantly strengthens our European polymer platform and provides a broader foundation for future focused development. Dunwood brings valuable technical expertise and a strong customer base that aligns closely with our strategy.
