Richard Baker Harrison Ltd has announced the acquisition of European specialist distribution businesses Faber & VanderEnde B.V. and Faber & VanderEnde GmbH, marking a significant milestone in RBH’s continued growth strategy.

The acquisition further strengthens RBH’s position as a leading supplier of speciality functional materials, additives, and chemicals to the polymer and related industries, while expanding its footprint and technical capabilities across mainland Europe. Both Faber & VanderEnde businesses will continue to operate as independent companies within the RBH Group. This approach ensures continuity for customers and principals while enabling access to an expanded portfolio of raw materials, technical expertise, and group resources. The combined offering will focus on key European markets including coatings, construction, adhesives and sealants, and molecular sieves and filtration.

Broadening the RBH Group portfolio

RBH has a long established track record of strategic growth and investment in people, products, and principal relationships within the chemical distribution sector. The addition of Faber & VanderEnde B.V. and GmbH represents an important step in broadening the Group’s portfolio and strengthening its ability to support customers with specialist materials and responsive service across Europe.

The acquisition enhances RBH’s capability to serve multinational customers while maintaining a strong local presence and technical focus within each market.
