Chemigum® NBR Latices

Product Overview

Chemigum® NBR latices are functional aqueous dispersions of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) designed to provide elastomeric binding, reinforcement and performance in applications such as fibre bonding, gaskets and coated fabrics.

Chemigum® Latex 6387 is an anionic NBR latex formulated for beater addition in fibre gasket and primer systems, providing improved adhesion and binding performance. Chemigum® Latex 550 is a carboxylated NBR latex that delivers high tensile strength and oil resistance, making it suitable for coated fabrics, gasket and technical elastomer applications. Both latices are engineered to provide consistent dispersion, film formation and elastomeric properties when incorporated into formulated systems.

Chemigum® NBR latices are selected where elastomeric binding, strength and resistance to oils and environmental stresses are required.
