Chemigum® NBR Powder Modifiers

Product Overview

Chemigum® NBR powder modifiers are pre-crosslinked nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) powders designed to improve processing behaviour, mechanical reinforcement and chemical resistance when blended into PVC compounds and friction material formulations. These modifiers offer controlled elastomeric performance, ease of incorporation and enhanced compound uniformity.

Chemigum® P8D is a high viscosity, pre-crosslinked NBR powder modifier suitable for PVC modification and friction materials where high gel strength and elastomeric reinforcement are required. Chemigum® P83 is a pre-crosslinked NBR powder with good chemical resistance, used to enhance durability and performance in PVC systems. Chemigum® P7D features a branched structure with high gel strength and is optimised for applications where friction performance and compound integrity are critical.

Chemigum® NBR powder modifiers are selected where improved elastomeric properties and performance in PVC and friction formulations are required.
