They function as non-migrating plasticisers and internal lubricants, supporting smooth mixing, calendering and extrusion while maintaining compound stability. The Factice range includes grades tailored to different rubber compounding requirements. Faktis WP is used as a Factice plasticiser and processing aid to improve flow, dispersion and processing stability. Faktis PD 14 provides enhanced processability and compound consistency, while Faktis Hansa O is designed for use in natural and synthetic rubber compounds to support processing and flexibility. Grades such as Faktis Hamburg M and Faktis Hamburg 4 are used to soften rubber compounds and improve handling, surface quality and dispersion balance. Faktis Gloria 17 is formulated to improve processing behaviour and surface finish in finished rubber products, while Faktis F10 supports smooth processing and compound uniformity across a range of rubber formulations. Factice plasticisers are selected where controlled softening, improved handling and stable processing behaviour are required without excessive migration or negative effects on vulcanised properties.
