Request A Sample Names MoldWiz® Mold Release Agents|Internal Mold Release Additives|External Mold Release Agents Product Overview MoldWiz® is a range of internal and external mould release agents designed to improve demoulding performance, surface finish and production efficiency in pultrusion, composite, polyurethane and thermoplastic processing. These additives are engineered to migrate to the mould surface during processing, forming a controlled release interface that reduces sticking, minimises part damage and extends mould service life. The MoldWiz® range includes specialised internal mould release additives such as MoldWiz INTPUL24, developed specifically for pultrusion processes, and MoldWiz INT1940RTM, formulated for resin transfer moulding applications. General internal release grades such as MoldWiz INT1230, INT1890M and INT34DLK provide broad compatibility across resin systems, while MoldWiz INT33LCA is optimised for use in thermoplastics and polyurethanes. For applications requiring external release performance, MoldWiz 249 functions as an external mould release agent for polyurethane systems. MoldWiz EM12125 is an emulsion based internal mould release agent designed for ease of incorporation and consistent release behaviour. Together, the MoldWiz® portfolio supports improved cycle times, reduced scrap rates and enhanced surface quality across a wide range of moulding technologies, including continuous pultrusion operations.
