Product Overview

Bostik VITEL® Polyester Resins are a range of high molecular weight, linear saturated copolyesters engineered for performance in heat sealable coatings, laminating adhesives, primers, ink binders and speciality industrial applications. These thermoplastic resins provide an excellent balance of low temperature flexibility, high temperature resistance, adhesion and abrasion resistance. They can be used alone, blended or co-processed to meet specific performance requirements.

Bostik VITEL® resins can be applied from solution or by extrusion, and many grades can be cross-linked or cured to enhance chemical resistance and mechanical integrity. They exhibit excellent adhesion to substrates including polyester films and metal foils, making them well suited to flexible packaging, industrial laminates and protective coatings.

The Bostik VITEL® portfolio is available in a variety of tailored grades, each designed to address specific formulation requirements across coatings and adhesive applications.
