Executive Chairman
As the Managing Director of GenieChem, Martin joined the RBH team as a Director of Sales & Supply Development with the acquisition of GenieChem in October 2021. With his experience and drive, Martin has now taken on the role of Executive Chairman to help design, implement and execute commercial strategies.
Martin has worked within the chemical industry for 30 years and has gained extensive experience in the composites, thermoplastics, inks and coatings markets. He is always interested in new niche products and nurturing supply chains.
In his spare time, Martin enjoys spinning, cooking and holidaying with his wife at their villa in Spain. While very proud of his two children who are doing well in their chosen careers, Connie the Cavapoo puppy is now ruling the roost.

Managing Director
As Managing Director, Brendan is responsible for the strategy within the RBH Group. He is focused on ensuring our team are effective in representing our principals and forming long standing partnerships with our customers.
Brendan has worked within the chemical industry for 25 years and during that time has gained a good knowledge of the various markets in which the RBH Group operates.
In his spare time, Brendan enjoys running and has recently taken up golf lessons after playing this sport for many years badly!

Sales & Marketing Manager
As the Market Manager for Thermoplastics, Will works with customers in several industries to promote and supply masterbatch and additives for plastics.
Will has 25 years of experience in the chemicals industry, supporting customers with development in the automotive, aerospace, construction, consumer and industrial sectors.
In his spare time, he enjoys staying active by cycling and playing rugby.

Technical Development Manager
Martin’s role is to deal with the technical and commercial departments for our customers. He promotes our unique range of materials and services that help provide solutions to the complex challenges faced within the industry.
Martin has a degree in Polymer Science and has worked in the polymer industry for over 25 years. He has worked in both technical and commercial roles, providing a wide range of products for diverse applications.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys playing golf, and travelling with his family.

Commercial Development Manager
As commercial development manager, Nick’s role involves engaging with our existing principals and suppliers, to ensure we maximise communication between all stakeholders. Nick is also responsible for developing relationships with new suppliers in line with RBH’s core markets and values.
Nick has over 8 years of experience working in the chemical industry, having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 2014. He joined the RBH group in 2016 as a Technical Sales Manager developing an excellent understanding of the RBH portfolio and market sectors.
Outside of work Nick enjoys golf, tennis, and joinery. All to varying degrees of success!

Market Manager – Surface Coatings
As the Market Manager for Surface Coatings, Daniel works with customer technical teams in that sales territory to ensure they are using the best suitable products for their applications.
Daniel has a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Leeds University and over a decade experience in the Chemical Industry. He has held various Technical Sales roles and most recently worked as the Sales Manager (UK and Europe) for a start-up chemical distributor.
Outside of work Daniel likes to stay fit and enjoy days with his family and their Cavapoo.

Market Manager – Specialities
Will’s role as Market Manager for Specialities is to create and maintain better relationships with our specialist industries covering high-end ceramics, metal foundry’s, agronomy and waste water treatment.
Will has a degree in Chemistry from Hull University and joined RBH in 2021 as an Internal Account Manager. He has since progressed internally to the role of Market Manager for Specialities.
Outside of work he enjoys reading, going to the gym to keep fit, and playing strategy board games.

Market Manager – Construction, Adhesives & Sealants
Mike completed a masters, PhD and postdoctoral research position in different areas of materials chemistry at the University of Liverpool. 5 years ago Mike made the move into a commercial role, working as a sales engineer and product manager.
Outside of work he likes to spend time with family, running, playing squash and football.

Market Manager – Rubber & Elastomers
As the Market Manager for Rubber & Elastomers, Mark works with technical teams to ensure they are using the correct products to suit their applications and offer solutions to complex formulations.
Mark holds over 25 years of commercial experience within the pharma, agrochemical, synthesis, coatings, polymers, construction, homecare and transport industries.

Business Administration Manager
Claire joined the company in 2005 as a part time Administrator and has since progressed to become part of the management team. Her role involves managing the internal sales and purchasing teams, as well as quality management and regulatory compliance.
She enjoys problem solving and refining processes to ensure each part of the business runs smoothly.

Market Assistant Supervisor – Elastomers / Polishing and Abrasives
Denise joined the company in 2010 as a Customer Service Co-ordinator and progressed to Market Assistant Supervisor. Her role is processing customer order, deliveries, invoicing and dealing with any customer enquiries and queries. She offers guidance to other members of her team.
She has recently become a member of a gym and enjoys swimming.

Market Assistant – Coatings
Michelle’s role as a Market Assistant consists of placing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and dealing with customer queries. She enjoys the challenges that come with her job and working quickly to solve problems and keep customers happy.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family and friends, and drinking pink gin.

Market Assistant – Speciality
Janet’s role as a Market Assistant consists of placing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and dealing with customer queries. She enjoys the challenges that come with her job and working quickly to solve problems and keep customers happy.
Outside of work, Janet likes spending time at her caravan in Wales and walking her dog Troy.

Market Assistant – Composites, Adhesives & Sealants & Quality Administrator.
Jen’s role as Market Assistant consists of processing orders and dealing with queries for RBH, Geniechem and Dunwood Specialities. As Quality Administrator Jen also assists with our Quality Department to help improve our customer experience.
Outside of work Jen likes helping her Dad on the family farm, spending time with her nephew and visiting new restaurants.
