Poli-Cal is an extremely fine type of Calcined Alumina. It’s tight particle distribution and moderate hardness supports development of stable cutting compounds, with fast action and superb finishing capabilities. Advanced production techniques, allow us to offer flexibility in our portfolio, developing products of specific sizing and hardness for optimal compound development.
Our three key ranges are:
- Poli-Cal 05 H1, H2, H3 (d50 0.5um): For when the highest levels of polishing are required.
- Poli-Cal 23 H1, H2, H3, H4 (d50 2.3um): For when moderate levels of polishing are required with the fast cutting speed.
- Poli-Cal 56 H1 (d50 5.6um): For scenarios where the fastest rate of cut is needed.
