RBH hires Technical Development Manager

Market leader in the supply of speciality functional materials, additives and chemicals appoints Tom Lees to newly created Technical Development Manager role.

RBH has added a Technical Development Manager to the team as part of its ongoing growth strategy. The Technical Development Manager will support the Sales Director and wider Commercial team to deliver the business strategy.

Tom Lees has been appointed to the role which will require excellent project management and technical skills with a strong customer focus. Tom has a degree in chemistry from Manchester Metropolitan University and has over 10 years’ experience within the Chemical Industry, including over 3 years as a Technical Development Manager for Banner Chemicals and Stowlin Croftshaw.

When announcing the appointment, RBH Interim Managing Director, Brendan Pope said: “As part of our growth strategy, we wanted someone with both a technical skillset but also commercial experience to contribute to the future success of the company”.
